Snow and cookies

Woke up today to about three glorious inches of new snow and it just kept falling. Jeff got a snow day, but I had to go in and daycare was open, so Leo went to school. We picked him up at about 3:15 though and then we all went home and shoveled. We've gotten maybe 6-7 total so far and more is supposed to fall tonight. Leo was not at all happy about coming back into the house when we were done shoveling. Thank goodness one of our neighbors did part of our sidewalk with her snowblower, or we'd probably still be out there.

Last weekend Leo helped me make mocha crinkles. I rolled the dough balls and he dunked them in powdered sugar and put them on the cookie sheet. He's a pretty good helper.
