Fun at the Children's Museum

Yesterday we spent most of the day at the Children's Discovery Museum in Normal, IL. It's easy to get to and only about 45minutes away if you take the interstate. On the way home we took US 150 just to Molly longer to nap, since she'd fallen asleep once she got into the car.

Leo and Molly had a blast. There are three floors with things to do. We got there mid-morning, played for a while, went down the block for lunch, and then went back to the museum to play for a few more hours. Leo loved milking the cows, playing on the tractor,  painting on a big glass wall, and all sorts of other things. There was a small play area for very young kids that Molly enjoyed, and there were other areas where she could crawl fairly safely.

We haven't been there in so long! I really need to plan a trip back. And I love that picture of Molly! So cute!
