My mom just called, to tell me that Leo's Aunt Alison just had her baby. Little Carina Diane Rossi was 8 lbs. 2 oz. & 20" long, if I can correctly read what I wrote down. (And, if I'm wrong, I'm sure somebody will correct me.)
Of course, when I told Leo about all this during the coughing spasm that started a minute or two after I hung up the phone, he just gave me this look that said, "What's a cousin? I want to go back to sleep."
Poor guy. Let's hope he sleeps better tonight than he did the last several.
